WhiteLabelDating.com acquires ServicePals.com & enters new territories

London - WhiteLabelDating.com, provider of software and services that enable brands to create their own online dating sites, today announced the £300,000 acquisition of ServicePals.com, a social networking site for serving and ex-military personnel.

ServicePals.com was originally launched in 2001 with the aim of reuniting older veterans from the British armed forces. Today, membership exceeds 120,000 spread over a diverse community of veterans and those currently serving in military operations overseas. The site has reunited hundreds of people and provides a platform for service personnel to meet up and have lively discussions, as well as make introductions that have led to more than one marriage. ServiePals.com is aligned with the service personnel’s interests and has to date worked with the Royal British Legion to raise over £70,000.

Ross Williams, Chairman, WhiteLabelDating.com, said: “We are excited to bring ServicePals.com under the WhiteLabelDating.com umbrella. The acquisition will help move WhiteLabelDating.com into the social networking arena, ahead of the launch of WhiteLabelNetworking.com.”

WhiteLabelDating.com will continue its growth with plans to enter new markets including South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, by mid 2008.
