IT services firm says transformation programme is starting to bear fruit

Atos Origin's quarterly revenue was up 11 per cent to E1.41bn (£1.01bn) from E1.27bn (£0.91bn) in the same period last year, with organic growth of 6.6 per cent.

Profit figures have not been disclosed.

The company's transformation plan is on track, according to Atos Origin chief executive Philippe Germond.

“The plan is starting to bear fruits and creating value. We are fully confident in our ability to reach the objectives of revenue organic growth and operating margin we set for 2007,” said Germond.
